What is a Timesheet Calculator?
A timesheet calculator lets you add up daily work hours across a full week. Enter regular hours, overtime, and unpaid breaks for each day, then see weekly totals in decimal format — ready for payroll or client reporting.
Use the Copy Mon to Weekdays button to fill Tuesday through Friday from Monday's entry, and optionally enter an hourly rate for a gross pay estimate with time-and-a-half on overtime.
Pair this with our time card calculator for clock-in/out tracking, or the work hours calculator for single-day shifts.
